Free Shipping

Sunset Tables and Chairs is proud to offer all clients in the Continental US free UPS ground shipping in many products. Please keep in mind that ground shipping may take up to six days to arrive at your location. Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on many items throughout the store.

Sunset Tables and Chairs offers free shipping only to deliver the products. If customer decides to return any merchandise, customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges.


Online Shipping Rates

Since UPS occasionally changes its charges, the shipping rates quoted online are only estimates. Though they are usually accurate, the actual rates might differ. In such case, customers will be notified of the discrepancy, both if the actual rate is higher, and lower, than the estimate. If the estimate is higher, customer will be responsible to paying the difference; if the estimate is lower, customer will be reimbursed for the difference. In order to know the accurate prices, customers are encouraged tocontact us, either by calling or emailing our friendly customer support representatives. Sunset Tables and Chairs is not responsible for the shipping charges, and assumes no responsibility regarding them.


Expedite shipping

Sunset Tables and Chairs also offers faster shipping options. For low additional fees, you may choose between three day services, and even overnight service. The additional fees vary per product and are automatically calculated when you select your shipping option.

 

Returns Policy

If you changed your mind and decided that you wish to return your plastic folding tables and/or plastic folding chairs please contact us immediately. You have fifteen days from the day you received the products to return the products. For a full refund, the product must be unopened, in its original box, with its original seals. Any opened merchandise, or merchandise which box(es) has/have its original seals opened, broken, or replaced, will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges when returning products, even if, and when, customer purchased items with free shipping.

If customer purchases a special package consisting of multiple items at discounted price and returns one or more items, but not all the items, those items that customer keeps will be charged at their individual prices and customer will be subjected to paying any remaining balance caused by the removal of the special package discount.


Merchandise Damaged During Shipping

Although very rare and unlikely, it is possible that your merchandise was damaged during the shipping process. Please check the package(s) as soon as you receive to ensure that they are in good condition.  If any package was damaged please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange it for you. As a courtesy to our clients who might not be able to contact us immediately, due to their very busy lives, Sunset Tables and Chairs extends the period for claiming damaged items to ten calendar days. If there is more than one holiday in this ten-day period, an additional day will be given for holiday that does not happen on Saturday or Sunday. After this grace period, Sunset Tables and Chairs will not accept any merchandise return due to damaged item.
